En este edificio se combina la rehabilitación de las edificaciones existentes y de obra nueva. En la rehabilitación en general solo se han conservado las fachadas que son muros de fabrica de ladrillo. Estos muros que en origen tenían función resistente, con la rehabilitación han dejado de tenerla ya que se han adosado interiormente un muro de hormigón armado que realiza esta función.

Los nuevos forjados son losas macizas de hormigón armado que se apoyan en los muros de fachada y en muros y pilares interiores. La nueva edificación es toda ella de hormigón armado que se apoyan en pilares y muros de hormigón. En zonas y elementos singulares (silos y depósitos) se han restaurado y consolidando la estructura existente.
