En un antiguo almac\u00e9n de Tabacalera se realiza una profunda intervenci\u00f3n estructural para convertirlo en la sede de Aguirre-Newman. En el patio central del edificio se rebaja su nivel hasta la cota del s\u00f3tano, eliminando gran parte del muro perimetral que soporta el edificio, sustituy\u00e9ndolo por vigas met\u00e1licas apoyadas en los machones que se conservan, los cuales se han reforzado con chapones met\u00e1licos.

Se crea en el centro del patio, pero separada de su per\u00edmetro una plataforma a nivel intermedio entre baja y s\u00f3tano, con forjado de madera apoyado en estructura met\u00e1lica. Desde esta plataforma y mediante cuatro escaleras met\u00e1licas se accede a una nueva pasarela met\u00e1lica muy ligera que recorre el per\u00edmetro del patio. Bajo la cubierta inclinada y conservando las cerchas met\u00e1licas originales, se crea un altillo separado de los muros en las tres naves con estructura met\u00e1lica.

In an old Tabacalera company warehouse, a deep structural intervention is made to turn it into the Aguirre-Newman headquarters. In the central courtyard of the building, its level goes down to the basement, eliminating a large part of the perimeter wall that supports the building, replacing it with steel beams resting on the piles that are preserved, which have been reinforced with steel plates. <\/span>

The center of the patiothere is a platform at an intermediate level between levels, with a wooden slab on over an steel structure. From this platform and through four steel staircases, a new lightweight metal footbridge is accessed running along the perimeter of the patio. Under the sloping roof and retaining the original metal trusses, there is also a loft separated from the walls in the three naves with metal structure.<\/span>
