Al ser un edificio con un programa tan amplio y diverso, la estructura ha tenido que adaptarse y por tanto ha dejado de ser unitaria, mezcl\u00e1ndose estructura de hormig\u00f3n con met\u00e1lica en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades arquitect\u00f3nicas. En general los elementos verticales, muros y pilares son de hormig\u00f3n armado, lo que garantiza la estabilidad horizontal del edificio y los elementos horizontales (forjados, vigas, etc) son de hormig\u00f3n en las zonas de luces normales y met\u00e1licos con vigas de celos\u00eda o de alma llena y forjados de chapa colaborante cuando ha sido necesario crear grandes espacios di\u00e1fanos como por ejemplo en la zona del auditorio.

Being a building with such a broad and diverse program, the structure has had to adapt, mixing concrete structure with metal according to architectural needs.
