Las tres plantas bajo rasante que forman un espacio \u00fanico con ret\u00edcula de pilares 7,5&#215;7,5m se ha proyectado en hormig\u00f3n armado con pilares de secci\u00f3n circular y forjados reticulares de caset\u00f3n recuperable que se apoya en ellos en general sin vigas ni capiteles. De planta baja surgen tres edificios independientes conectados puntualmente por pasarelas. Estos edificios se proyectan con estructura met\u00e1lica que podr\u00edamos denominar singular ya que est\u00e1 formada en cada edificio por solamente cuatro pilares circulares &#8220;gemelos&#8221;, dos por fachada con luces de 22,5m y voladizos de 7,5m. Los pilares son met\u00e1licos de n\u00facleo de hormig\u00f3n y soportan vigas met\u00e1licas en caj\u00f3n. Sobre estas vigas se apoyan las correas del forjado de 15m de luz de perfiles alveolados y sobre ellos un forjado de chapa colaborante de 15cm de espesor conectado a las correas.<br><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\">Here there are two different types of structure. Three basement levels becoming a single space with a 7.5&#215;7.5m columns grid, built in reinforced concrete with circular section columns and reticular recoverable cassette slabs resting on them, with no beams or capitels. From the ground floor there are three independent buildings connected by walkways. These buildings are designed with a steel structure built in each building by only four &#8220;twin&#8221; circular columns, two per facade each, 22.5m wide span and 7.5m cantilevers. The pillars are steel core concrete and support steel beams in the drawer.
