Las tres pequeñas viviendas en ruinas, compartiendo dos patios detrás de una fachada, se transforman en dos. Las viviendas se abren al patio central que mantiene asimismo los viejos muros de aparejo toledano y una de ellas a un pequeño patio privado. Los muros del patio se complementan con un zócalo sobrepuesto de ladrillo visto, material que pavimenta el patio como único material. Los muros restaurados se pintan de color claro en continuidad con el color arena del ladrillo para llevar la luz natural a las viviendas y preservar la textura natural de los materiales, integrándose con las texturas del entorno. Se mantienen también los muros de aparejo y las escaleras construidas con chapa de acero. Las cubiertas se desmontaron y rehicieron 1m más altas reciclando las tejas, manteniendo la estructura de madera que queda vista al interior.
Initially, there were three small dwellings, sharing two patios behind a facade, which remained unchanged in time, and now become two. Both houses open to the central patio that also maintains their old walls. The damaged walls of the patio, are complemented using exposed brick, material that also paves the patio as the only material. In the interior of the dwellings, the lightweight rigging walls built with steel panels are also remaining. The roofs were dismantled and re-built again one meter higher, reusing the tiles, to gain interior height, maintaining the existing structure of two gable wood, that can be seen seen from the inside.
